These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and The NeuroElite System Limited governing your use of our screening platform, coaching services, and family portal. By creating an account or beginning a screening, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose data you submit. By using the service on behalf of a child, you represent that you have the lawful authority to consent to the processing of that child's data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
NeuroElite provides: (a) an AI-assisted 68-question, 8-domain clinical screening instrument generating risk profiles across 10 neurodevelopmental constructs; (b) an optional Stage 2 clinical assessment conducted by MDCN-registered psychiatrists and ANEP-registered psychologists; (c) specialist coaching programmes; and (d) a private family portal for results, milestones, and messaging.
Stage 1 screening is a risk-stratification tool, not a medical diagnosis. Formal diagnoses are issued only through Stage 2 clinical assessments conducted by registered clinicians. Screening reports support — but do not guarantee — examination accommodation decisions, which remain at the discretion of the relevant examination body (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, Cambridge, or other).
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or present a security risk.
The screening service is a paid product. Payment is processed securely by Paystack. Your assessment is unlocked automatically once Paystack confirms a successful transaction. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility. Prices are stated in Nigerian Naira and may change; prices current at the time of your transaction apply.
All clinician–client communication is routed through encrypted platform message threads. To protect both families and our clinical team, we do not share personal contact details (phone, email, or address) between parties. You agree to use the messaging system for all service-related communication.
All platform content — including the screening instrument, scoring engine, reports, interface, and branding — is owned by The NeuroElite System Limited and protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Coaching reports generated for your child are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
The platform is provided "as is". No screening tool can capture every nuance of a child's learning profile. Where our recommendations conflict with advice from your registered clinician, the clinician's guidance prevails. Always consult a qualified professional for diagnostic and treatment decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, The NeuroElite System Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, nor for the outcome of any accommodation decision made by an external examination body. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
You may close your family account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, fraud, or safety concerns. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, though retained records remain governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abuja, FCT.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect any revision.
